How long does a website take?
A one-page site usually takes about a week, a business site one to two weeks, and larger sites or shops two to four weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly we receive your text, photos and feedback.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once the project is paid, the design, content and files are yours. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, so you can move them whenever you like.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your business or products, and the main facts: services, prices, opening hours and contact details. If writing isn't your thing, add copywriting and we'll write the text.
What will hosting and a domain cost?
These are paid directly by you to the provider, not to us. For a small business site, a domain and hosting usually cost a few euros a month in total. We'll recommend options that fit your site during the call.
How do payments work?
Either 50% before we start and 50% before launch, or three equal payments: at the start, after you approve the design, and before launch. Prices are fixed in the written proposal.
Can I change things myself later?
Growth sites and shops include an editor for news, products and images. For other changes, the care plan covers up to an hour a month, or we charge an hour.
Do you work with clients outside Croatia?
Yes. We work in English and Croatian, and everything from the call to the handover happens online.
